Maricat 4.3 Catamaran in ASCOT, Victoria for sale

For sale- Maricat catamaran called Shiraz. Shiraz comes with a trailer, rigging, sail, boom and Comalco section mast. SPECIFICATIONS - Beam 2.35m Sail Area 10.9sq m Weight (without trailer) 98kg. The trailer and cat are lightweight and we used a Hyundai Exel as the tow vehical and it pulled the combo easily. Shiraz sailed as part of Port Melbourne Yacht Club and then sailed on freshwater inland Cairn Curran Reservoir near Maldon, Central Vic for 3 seasons. It has not sailed for many years and been covered from the elements. The tyres will need replacing as they have perished unfortunately and the trailer has not been registered for many years. The wiring will need to be checked. The boom, rigging and sail have been stored in a shed always and are in good condition. The trampoline is in good condition also. My sailing partner passed away and I cannot see myself on the water again. I remember the cat being a hoot to sail and was very forgiving. Time that some-one else had some fun with Shiraz.
